Scheduled workflows query Gmail for the owner's own reports and selected notification emails. They do not need access to unrelated messages for this purpose.

Usertea Personal Automation is a private, self-hosted workflow environment. Its Google account connection is used to retrieve selected Gmail notifications and reports, then deliver chosen content to the account owner's Telegram conversations.

When delivery is enabled, selected summaries or report text are forwarded to Telegram chats or topics configured by the account owner.
A private tool, not a public service
This website provides information about the OAuth application. It is not the automation dashboard, does not sign visitors in, and does not collect their Gmail credentials. Access to the underlying workflows is limited to the authorized owner. Gmail information is not used for advertising or sold.
Data and control
Google authorizes access through its standard OAuth process. The automation may process matching email content, sender/recipient addresses, message metadata and identifiers, as well as Telegram routing settings. Delivery identifiers are retained to prevent duplicate messages. The owner can revoke Google's access at any time in Google Account connections.
